Thank you for registering for SWCOLT-AZLA 2025!

Your conference registration is not complete until you have made payment.  There are 3 options for payment:

1.  Payment by credit card - Contact Jocelyn Raught, SWCOLT Executive Director at jraught@swcolt.org if you have already completed the registration form

     and want to make payment by credit card.

 

​2.  Payment by check - Mail your check to Jocelyn Raught, SWCOLT Executive Director, 14675 N. 90th Lane, Peoria, AZ 85381

 

3.  Payment by purchase order - Mail or email your Purchase Order to Jocelyn Raught SWCOLT Executive Director if you did not already upload the P.O. on the registration page.

NOTE:  If you are registering as a full time student, send documentation of your current student status to jraught@swcolt.org.  Contact Jocelyn Raught, SWCOLT Executive Director to pay for your conference registration.
