The Southwest Conference on Language Teaching (SWCOLT) looks forward to our in-person conference at the Denver Omni Interlocken Hotel on February 19-21, 2026 held in conjunction with the Colorado Congress for Language Teaching (CCFLT).

Conference Dates: Friday & Saturday, Feburary 20 & 21, 2026

Pre-Conference Workshops: Thursday, February 19, 2026

  • Registration includes all sessions on Friday, Feburary 20 & Saturday, February 21 as well as access to all exhibits. (Thursday Pre-Conference workshops are not included with registration.)

  • In registering for the conference, you give SWCOLT permission to use photos or video footage of you taken during the conference and to communicate with you via the email address you provide.

  • REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PART OF THE CONFERENCE.

  • The opinions expressed during sessions and workshops, as well as items for sale at the conference, represent the viewpoints of the individual presenter and exhibitor. These may not reflect the views of the SWCOLT Board of Directors nor all the members of SWCOLT. 

  • To register with a PO, you must have a valid Purchase Order from your institution. Do not complete this registration form until you have the Purchase Order in hand. You may download a PURCHASE ORDER REQUEST form, if needed, for your institution. (Do not send the Purchase Order Request form to SWCOLT.) To register multiple participants from one institution with a single PO: complete this form ONCE FOR EACH PARTICIPANT and upload of copy of your PO with each registration.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Your registration includes a one-year membership in SWCOLT,  the Friday evening reception, and access to all sessions on Friday and Saturday. (The 2025-2026 webinar series is also included with your conference payment.)

  • A processing fee of $30 will be charged for payment by checks returned for insufficient funds.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing directed to Jocelyn Raught, SWCOLT Executive Director, at jraught@swcolt.org. Requests will be processed within 8 weeks following the event. No refunds will be made after February 1, 2026.

  • All attendees, including presenters, must register for the conference.

  • By registering for the conference, you consent to the use of any images/audio of you taken during the course of the event.

  • Please note that your registration is not complete until you have made payment in full.
